Beside Appsflyer, does Shopee use other tracking tools like Adjust, Firebase,...?

• No, Appsflyer is our only tracking system.

Can Shopee share us access to Google Adword, Tiktok ads and other advertising tools?

• At the present, Shopee only support UA campaigns via Appsflyer tracking tools, other tools and platforms are not applicable for this program.

Do Shopee provide View-through attribution for this campaign?

• No, we do not.

Do Shopee provide Agency Access for this campaign?

• No, we do not. Shopee Regional team has stated that Agency Access is restricted because this access allows partners to manage additional non-transparent networks through their campaign without consent.
• We suggest you should only use Appsflyer Ad Network access to promote your campaign for Shopee.

We also offer service in different geos beside Vietnam. is there any chance we can work with Shopee in other geos?

• After the pilot period, an evaluation of your campaign performance will be made. If the result is positive, we will propose to our regional level for consideration about scaling up this partnership with Shopee in other geos.
